Tecnology.....Still

Well, my saga continues. I finaly got to talk to tec support about my issue. And after some silly re-programing that even a novice like me knows won't work, I have been refered to a repair center in my area. Why have tec support if they can't support? What a waste of a morning, and still no solution to my problem.

Technology

Well, I got a new phone. I am stepping up in the world, I think, but I am not sure. Well I have all these gizmos that come with the service. It's my luck that I am having problems. Can't connect to the web. So, I call customer support, not once, but three times. They don't seem to understand the tec support is closed at 8:30 am on Saturday morning. So, I each time that I call
I need to go through the prompts to get to an operator, what bulshit. Why can't you dial a number and talk to a live person? I hate those automated systems, it never understands you. And no matter how many times you cuss it out, it never sends you to an operator. I know I am not the only one you has this problem in life, others do as well. I was at one time in my life (when I was younger) into tec gadgets and such. As I am older now, and technology has changed, I feel like the old man that can't keep up. Will I be the old guy that can't operate a phone because it has become to involved, or will I just reach a point where I just don't give a shit any more and hand write a letter and spend the rest of my day's looking for a post office? I think I will be the latter of the two considering that I stll go to the library and use microfilms.
